Before they canmanage the world, they must mastertheir own mind.
Children spend years learning about the world. How often do they learn about themselves? The Yoga Program builds focus, emotional balance, resilience and self-discipline — the internal foundations that make every other life skill possible — through CricketYogi and Swadhyaya together.

Children who know themselves make better decisions.
Today's students are more informed than any generation before them. Yet many struggle with focus, emotional balance and consistent habits — not because they lack knowledge, but because no subject teaches them to understand themselves. Self-awareness is the missing layer.
What students struggle with
- Shrinking attention spans
- Rising anxiety and reactive behaviour
- Fear of failure
- Enthusiasm that fades quickly
- Reacting without thinking
What this program builds
- Sustained focus and concentration
- Emotional balance and self-regulation
- Resilience and growth mindset
- Self-discipline and consistent habits
- Awareness before action
Yoga, taught through the sport they already obsess over.
A 60-page hand-designed comic: the eight limbs of yoga through 17 stories of cricketers — Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Rahul Dravid, MS Dhoni — who each embodied one aspect of yoga in their own journey.
Focus & Concentration
How champions train attention and stay present under pressure
Resilience
How setbacks become opportunities to grow
Emotional Balance
How great athletes manage emotions before making decisions
Character & Integrity
How honesty and accountability shape long-term success
Self-Discipline
How small daily habits create extraordinary results
Awareness of one simple chain changes everything.
A 54-page comic with 7 stories exploring self-reflection — what Swadhyaya is, its power, 4 stories on emotions like anger and stress, and how it goes beyond journaling into practices like reading the Ramayana. Then, through 21 days of daily journaling, children discover one simple truth:
By learning to observe this chain, children develop the awareness to make wiser choices and build healthier habits — in school, relationships, health and life.
The learning cycle
Story
CricketYogi and Swadhyaya anchor each theme in story, making abstract ideas like honesty, resilience and focus concrete and memorable.
Experience
Where a facilitator-led session is included, movement and breathwork bring the theme to life physically, not just conceptually.
Reflection
Guided Swadhyaya journaling turns the lesson inward: what did I notice about myself today?
Habit
The 21-day journal converts insight into daily practice. What children practise consistently, they become.
What children experience
Swadhyaya Journal
Children reflect on their experiences, emotions and choices, gradually recognising patterns in their own behaviour and decision-making.
Yoga & Reflection Session(s)
Where included, 2 sessions combine a cricket story, yoga and breathwork, discussion and reflection — bringing the CricketYogi themes to life in person.
A sample student journey
A child struggling to focus begins tracking distractions through Swadhyaya exercises. Over the 21 days, they notice how screen use, sleep and daily habits affect their concentration. Through reflection — and an optional yoga session — the child starts making more intentional choices. Soon parents notice healthier routines; the child feels calmer and more focused. The goal is not perfection. The goal is awareness — the first step toward lasting change.

Self-Guided
Children work through CricketYogi and the 21-day Swadhyaya journal independently or with a teacher's light guidance. No facilitator required — best for a low-effort introduction.
InspireMinds-Facilitated
We run 1–2 in-person yoga and reflection sessions with your students, alongside the 21-day journal. Best if you want a guided, in-person experience for children.
A multi-year journey we're building toward.
Eventually, this grows into a full weekly, year-long programme — each stage self-contained and building on the last.
