About InspireMinds

What good is intelligence…if a child doesn't knowhow to live well?

Because knowing what is right is not the same as doing what is right. We help children become wiser decision-makers through immersive experiences that combine yoga, storytelling, play, reflection and habit-building. Intelligence helps children achieve. Awareness helps them choose. Wisdom helps them thrive.

Our Story

It Started With a Simple Question

Why do so many of society's biggest challenges persist even when people know better? Most people know healthy food matters. Most know exercise matters. Most know pollution harms the environment, and saving money is wise. Yet unhealthy lifestyles, stress and poor decisions continue to affect millions. The clearer it became: many of our greatest challenges are not information problems. They are awareness and behaviour problems.

The Problem We Saw

Who Helps Children Learn How to Live?

Schools do an extraordinary job of developing knowledge. Many life-skills programmes build communication, creativity and critical thinking. But we noticed something deeper. A child may know what is right, and even have the skills to do it. Yet in the moment of choice, something else decides what happens next. Will they pause before reacting? Will they notice their emotions? The challenge is translating knowledge into everyday action.

Intelligence Isn't Enough. Nor Are Life Skills.

The Missing Link

Intelligence Isn't Enough. Nor Are Life Skills.

Most life-skills programmes teach children how to think and behave better. Far fewer teach the underlying capacities that make those skills possible — the ability to pay attention, notice thoughts and emotions, regulate impulses, pause before reacting. InspireMinds cultivates the attention, awareness and self-regulation that turn knowledge into action. Because awareness transforms knowledge into action. And action shapes lives.

Why Yoga?

An Ancient Practice for Modern Childhood

Most people think yoga is about physical postures. We see it as something deeper — one of humanity's oldest systems for cultivating attention, awareness and self-regulation. Through CricketYogi, children explore the eight limbs of yoga through the stories of cricketers they admire. Through Nutrition Smart and BeSmart, they become health detectives, discovering healthy habits through play.

Our Approach

Children don't remember lessons. They remember experiences.

01

Explore

Children step into exciting real-world themes. Curiosity is the starting point of learning.

02

Experience

Yoga, storytelling, games and role-play bring every theme to life — joyful, active, memorable.

03

Reflect

Through Swadhyaya, children pause to understand their thoughts, emotions and choices.

04

Habit

Simple daily practices turn wise choices into healthy habits that last.

Swadhyaya

Awareness cannot be given. It must be discovered.

"Why did I react that way?"

"What influenced my decision?"

"How did my actions affect others?"

"What could I do differently tomorrow?"

These simple questions gradually strengthen one of life's most valuable abilities — the ability to understand oneself. Now available as a standalone comic book: four emotion-based stories followed by 21 days of guided journaling.

"For over two decades I worked in software, building solutions to complex problems. Yet one question stayed with me: why do intelligent people so often act against what they already know? It led me to psychology, behaviour, education and eventually yoga — not as exercise, but as a practical system for cultivating attention and self-regulation. Education helps children understand the world. It spends far less time helping them understand themselves. That sparked InspireMinds."

Our Vision

A future where every child learns not only how to succeed, but how to live well — growing into adults who make wiser decisions about their health, relationships, the environment, money and communities.

Our Team

Educators, yoga practitioners, engineers, designers, storytellers, volunteers and social innovators — united by one belief: children deserve more than information. They deserve experiences that help them become healthier, more aware and better prepared for life.

What's Next — Expanding the Journey

More themed yoga adventures — children exploring nature as trees, butterflies and rivers; becoming young entrepreneurs.

New theme areas beyond health and cricket — sustainability, finance and life skills.

Expanded formats carrying the same Explore → Experience → Reflect → Habit journey into new subjects.

The future needs children who can pause, reflect and choose wisely.

Let's build that future together.
