Turning awareness into action.Turning action into habits.
Education should do more than transfer information — it should help children make better choices. Through yoga, stories, reflection and habit-building, we help children develop healthier habits, stronger life skills and greater self-awareness. Lasting impact begins when awareness becomes action.

Story
Stories create understanding.
Activity
Activities create engagement.
Reflection
Reflection creates awareness.
Habit
Habit-building creates transformation.
At the heart of it all is Swadhyaya — the practice of self-reflection. Children learn to pause, think, and choose consciously.
How we measure impact
Impact is not a single number — it develops over time. Current results come from a structured before/after knowledge assessment run in the Nutrition Program pilot. We're building toward tracking three levels:
- Awareness — understanding of core concepts
- Participation — engagement in activities & reflection
- Early behaviour indicators — signs of habit formation
Proven results — Nutrition pilot

What change looks like.
Small shifts often become lifelong habits.

Looking ahead
We aim to reach 1 crore children across India.
The future won't be shaped only by what children know — it will be shaped by the choices they make every day.
