Our Impact

Turning awareness into action. Turning action into habits.

Education should do more than transfer information — it should help children make better choices. Through yoga, stories, reflection, and habit-building, we help children develop healthier habits, stronger life skills, and greater self-awareness. Because lasting impact begins when awareness becomes action.

01 Our Reach So Far

Real learning. Real change.

0Children engaged across schools, NGOs & CSR-supported programs
0States covered across diverse educational settings
0Teachers & volunteers trained in experiential learning

Multiple corporate & community partnerships — working together to build healthier, more self-aware children.

02 The Impact We Create

Most programs focus on information. We focus on behaviour.

Our goal is to help children become more aware of themselves and the choices they make every day.

03 How We Create Change

Story → Activity → Reflection → Habit.

Stories create understanding. Activities create engagement. Reflection creates awareness. Habit-building creates transformation — because what children practice consistently, they become. At the heart of this process is Swadhyaya, the practice of self-reflection: children learn to pause, think, and make more conscious choices.

04 How We Measure Impact

Impact is not a single number. It develops over time.

Our current results come from a structured before-and-after knowledge assessment, run as part of the Nutrition Program pilot — comparing what children knew about nutrition before playing the game to what they knew after. As we expand, we're building toward tracking impact across three levels.

1
AwarenessUnderstanding of core concepts.
2
ParticipationEngagement in activities and reflection.
3
Early behaviour indicatorsSigns of habit formation.
05 Proven Results

Nutrition Program pilot.

These results validate the awareness stage of our behaviour-change model and provide a strong foundation for future longitudinal measurement.

90%increase in awareness of calcium-rich foods
88%improvement in recognition of traditional Indian foods
2xincrease in awareness of dairy alternatives
06 Stories From the Field

What change looks like.

Teachers and volunteers have observed — and small shifts often become lifelong habits.

Children discussing food choices at home
Students reflecting on their actions in class
Increased participation in learning activities
More thoughtful responses during discussions
Greater curiosity and self-expression
07 Testimonials & CSR in Action

Meaningful volunteer engagement.

Programs create opportunities for employees to engage directly with children — for example, employees from BNP Paribas India facilitated Nutrition Game sessions with students, creating both engagement and measurable learning outcomes.

09 Looking Ahead

Reaching toward 1 crore children across India.

Our vision is ambitious: to help build a generation that is healthier, more self-aware, and better prepared for life — through schools, NGOs, educators, volunteers, and CSR partnerships. Because the future will not be shaped only by what children know. It will be shaped by the choices they make every day.

Let's build impact that lasts.

Whether you're a school, CSR partner, educator, volunteer, or supporter, there are many ways to contribute to this mission.
